What distinguishes us from so many other beings on earth is our highly developed mind; a very powerful tool when you know how to make it work with you.
Our mind is bittersweet. On one hand, the mind helps us to organize, plan, comprehend, create, visualize, discern, and use logic. But on the other hand, an unconscious mind is ignorant, biased, hateful, fearful, illogical, intolerant and deceitful.
The mind can be used as either a tool of beautiful creation or a tool of unimaginable destruction. Almost all of our suffering originates in the unconscious mind and the unexamined thoughts, beliefs, mindsets, defense mechanisms, and wounds that we carry.
So, how can you let your mind work with you on your self development journey? How to be best friends with your mind? During this Experience, you will focus on strengthening the connection between body & mind, and freeing yourself from the unconscious state of mind, by practicing different forms of meditation, gentle movements and varying forms of self reflection.
This program will certainly help you on your self development journey when you…

“We can’t change what is going on in our mind by wishing, trying or forcing ourselves to think better thoughts. What we can change is our perspective about them, and the impact they have on us.”
Sanne is a self development enthusiast, with a great love for working with and teaching about the mind. For several years she has focused mainly on one topic: how to build a loving relationship with your own mind.

What our students say about the Mind Development Classes
“Through these exercises I have discovered things that I normally do not think about in that way. The variation was fun too: it weren’t always the same exercises.”
“I like this way to train the mind. A little different than usual, so that way you sometimes learn something different. I really enjoyed practicing with the thoughts, without going along with them! They are there and I become aware of them, but they don’t affect me.”
“By observing the outside world in this way (from the inside of myself), I noticed that I will also look at and listen to it differently. I really like it! A very loving, calm way to become more aware of yourself.”
“Thank you very much, I am very happy with the insights obtained! I can really do something with this.”
