What distinguishes us from so many other beings on earth is our highly developed mind; a very powerful tool when you know how to make it work with you.
Our mind is bittersweet. On one hand, the mind helps us to organize, plan, comprehend, create, visualize, discern, and use logic. But on the other hand, an unconscious mind is ignorant, biased, hateful, fearful, illogical, intolerant and deceitful.
The mind can be used as either a tool of beautiful creation or a tool of unimaginable destruction. Almost all of our suffering originates in the unconscious mind and the unexamined thoughts, beliefs, mindsets, defense mechanisms, and wounds that we carry.
So, how can you let your mind work with you on your self development journey? How to be best friends with your mind? During this Experience, you will focus on strengthening the connection between body & mind, and freeing yourself from the unconscious state of mind, by practicing different forms of meditation, gentle movements and varying forms of self reflection.

The Mind Development is given in programs of 10 weeks. There are online live session via Zoom (an online meeting tool) 3 times per week: on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, all starting at 9.00 am (CEST). The sessions usually don’t take longer than 45 minutes. The link to the Zoom meeting room is provided when you sign up.
Watch back later
If you can’t attend (all sessions) live, you can watch it back later, because it is being recorded as well. Attending is not mandatory, but we highly recommend it to gain the best out of it for yourself!
The price of this 10-week program is €197,-. With this you can join the live sessions as you prefer or watch them back. Even after the program has ended, you remain keeping access to the recordings that were made!
